Privacy at Firmbinder.

This policy covers the corporate site at firmbinder.com. Each product — CourtBriefly and Custody Commander — has its own privacy policy that governs the data you put into that product.

What this site collects

The corporate site is intentionally minimal. We collect only what you choose to send us — for example, an email you write to us — plus basic, aggregate analytics about site usage (such as page views) that are not used to identify you.

How we use it

To respond to your message, improve the site, and keep it secure. We do not sell your information, and we don't use the corporate site to build advertising profiles.

Product data is separate

Evidence, case files, and account data you enter into CourtBriefly or Custody Commander are handled under those products' own privacy policies and security controls, not this page.
