Privacy at Firmbinder.

Product document workflows. Custody Commander and CourtBriefly have separate privacy policies describing document drafts, signature images, consent records, signing/export attestations, document hashes, and available IP/browser information. Those records are collected in the products, not through this informational site.

What this site collects

The corporate site is intentionally minimal. We collect only what you choose to send us — for example, an email you write to us — plus basic, aggregate analytics about site usage (such as page views) that are not used to identify you.

How we use it

To respond to your message, improve the site, and keep it secure. We do not sell your information, and we don't use the corporate site to build advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to understand aggregate site usage. It sets analytics cookies (such as _ga) and collects information like pages viewed, approximate IP-based location, and device/browser details. We also load Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when fonts load. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. Links from this site to CourtBriefly and Custody Commander carry campaign parameters so those products can tell the visit came from Firmbinder. They store that referring site in their own first-party record. They do not receive search-engine query text.

Service providers

This site is hosted on standard cloud infrastructure and uses Google Analytics and Google Fonts as described above. We share information only with vendors that help us operate and secure the site, never for their own advertising.

Product data is separate

Evidence, case and matter files, and account data you enter into CourtBriefly or Custody Commander are handled under those products' own privacy policies and security controls, not this page.

Your choices and California rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing the address below. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA/CPRA at the same address. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; we will revise the effective date above when we do.
