Products have their own terms

Creating an account, subscribing, or uploading data into CourtBriefly or Custody Commander is governed by that product's terms of service and privacy policy.

Billing, free trials and cancelling

Charges for CourtBriefly and Custody Commander are made by Firmbinder LLC and appear on your card statement as FIRMBINDER. Free trials and automatically renewing plans are governed by Section 7A of that product's terms: the price and first-charge date are shown before you start, we email reminders before the first charge and before each yearly renewal, you can cancel online in two clicks in Account > Billing, and a first charge after a trial can be refunded in full within 7 days of it.

Trademarks

"Firmbinder," "CourtBriefly," and "Custody Commander" are brands of Firmbinder LLC. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
